1. Your Right to Return (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
As a UK consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. With us, the cancellation period expires 100 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post):

2. How to Return an Item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Tags must still be attached
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 100 days of notifying us of your return
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty or not as described.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
We will refund the standard delivery cost you paid when placing your order. We do not refund any upgraded or express shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been personalised or custom-made to your specifications
- Items that are clearly not in resaleable condition due to customer misuse
